  All items on Envato Elements are subject to the same license terms, which are very simple. You will enjoy extensive commercial rights, allowing you to use items with confidence in work or personal projects.

• Register items every time you use them

  Each time you download an article, you will obtain a timeless license for a single specified use. Do you want to reuse an item? No problem! Visit your download section and re-register the item for a different purpose.

• Clear guidelines on what is not allowed

  Some common-sense restrictions apply, as detailed below:

  • You may not resell or redistribute items.
  • You cannot use items on a la carte services.
  • You cannot use articles as a basis for marketing. For example, printing a logo from Envato Elements directly onto a t-shirt is not allowed. Please see clause 13 below for the relevant terms and conditions,
  • You may not use music items in a music presentation.

• Timeless license, even if you unsubscribe
